Where can I check my order?
You can check this from your My Page . If you are not a registered member, you can also check it from the email we sent you after you completed your order.
I haven't received a confirmation email after placing my order
There may be an error in the email address you entered when ordering or registering as a member.
It is also possible that your email address has been set as spam or rejected.
Please set up your domain reception so that you can receive emails from the following sender addresses.

Can I return or exchange items?
Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience.
If there is any problem with the product you received, please contact us by email (info@peepscoffee.jp) or through our inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.
How can I pay?
You can choose from the following payment methods at the checkout screen.

When will it be shipped?
・Orders placed before 6pm on the same day: will be shipped on the next business day・Orders placed after 6pm on the same day: will be shipped on the business day after
*Regular holidays: Every Monday *If business days change during the New Year holidays, Golden Week, etc., we will notify you on a separate notice page .
*Pre-order items and items that are difficult to obtain will be notified of their arrival date by email, and will be shipped as soon as they become available.

All products sold by PEEEPS COFFEE come with free shipping.
Can I specify the delivery date?

What is a coffee subscription?
This is a subscription service that delivers carefully selected, seasonal coffee beans once a month.
It's more affordable than regular products, and it automatically renews every month, so there are no complicated procedures involved.

Where can I find the details of the contract?
After registering as a member, you can check your details on your account page .
If you made your first purchase as a guest, please register as a member using the email address you entered when making your first purchase.
How do I pay for regular subscriptions?
From the second month onwards, the payment will be automatically debited on the 25th of each month .
When will it be shipped?
The first shipment will be made according to the date of purchase. (The next business day or the business day after.)
Subsequent orders will be shipped around the 1st of each month .
Can I change my plan mid-way?
If you would like to change your plan, please contact us using the inquiry form .
Our staff will contact you and begin delivering your order with the changed details from your next payment.
